This image shows the north face of the Eiger, in the Swiss Alps, shrouded in cloud. I wanted to capture a photograph of the Eiger because of it's reputation for being one of the toughest climbs in the world and its place in the history of mountaineering. Rather than being put off by the cloud swirling around the peak, I used it to make a more interesting composition.
