Over time the darkness in my low-key portraits has become increasingly meaningful to me, and this photo certainly embodies that; representing the dark reality of the issues facing Elephants in the face of a continuing ivory trade.
Although this is an image with a lot of space within it, I think it's best form in print is for larger wall art. That space within the image means it can fill a relatively large wall space without it feeling cluttered. It's a minimalist image - hinting at much more than is visible, and so perfect for a clean, modern interior. It will suit all print types, but perhaps looks its best as a metal print.
